Basketball Recap: Maranatha Baptist Takes a Loss

Maranatha Baptist lost against Washington County HomeSchool back in December of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Maranatha Baptist Crusaders had to suffer through a 83-40 loss at the hands of Washington County HomeSchool.

Maranatha Baptist's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Washington County HomeSchool, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maranatha Baptist has already played their next matchup (against Wyldewood Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Washington County HomeSchool will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against St. Lawrence Seminary at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
