Chapman hadn't done well against Nickerson recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Irish walked away with a 2-0 win over the Panthers. The Irish were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Panthers, so the Irish were just returning the favor.

Chapman never let Nickerson on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23.
