Basketball Recap: Westminster Christian Comes Up Short

Westminster Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a 78-27 loss at the hands of the Parkview Christian Academy Falcons. Having soared to a lofty 58 points in the game before, the Warriors couldn't push the score so high this time.

Westminster Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Parkview Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 4-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian will square off against Aurora Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Parkview Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to take on Heritage Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Heritage Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.4 points per game this season.
