The Huron Tigers will head out on the road to challenge the Willard Crimson Flashes at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Huron is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.

Huron suffered their closest loss yet this season on Saturday. They fell just short of Norwalk by a score of 39-36.

Meanwhile, Willard scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Vermilion 81-52 on the road. Given Willard's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 61st, while Vermilion is ranked 559th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Huron now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Willard, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.

Huron lost to Willard on the road by a decisive 51-34 margin when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Can Huron avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
