National Cathedral came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Georgetown Visitation Prep Cubs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss National Cathedral has suffered since October 28, 2024.

National Cathedral was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Georgetown Visitation Prep work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-13, 25-18.

Kennedy Williams paced National Cathedral's offense, picking up 15 kills. Williams got some help from Lilly Kennedy and her 12 assists. Dina Leigh controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
