Soccer Recap: Marion's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Marion kept a clean sheet against Poplar Bluff on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Mules. Fans of Marion have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 3+ goals.

They hit Poplar Bluff with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Abbie Dalton, Libbie Garrett, and Kali Wallace.

Marion wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 8-0 victory against Mt. Vernon on the 28th. As for Poplar Bluff, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Central at 6:30 p.m.
