Football Game Preview: Bourne Canalmen vs. Case Cardinals + How To Watch

Bourne hasn't had much luck against Case recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Canalmen will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cardinals at 6:30 p.m. Bourne is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Bourne's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They breezed past Monomoy to the tune of 39-0. The contest marked the Canalmen's most dominant win of the season so far.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 33 points the game before, Case was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They were outmatched by West Bridgewater and fell 37-7. The Cardinals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-0.

Bourne will have to contain Aedan Borges as he made an impact in Case's last game. He rushed for 101 yards and one touchdown on only 14 carries. Borges' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 101 rushing yards.

Case now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Bourne, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Everything came up roses for Bourne against Case in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 45-18 win. Do the Canalmen have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cardinals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
