Volleyball Game Preview: Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles vs. Seton Catholic Sentinels

The Scottsdale Christian Academy Eagles are taking a road trip to square off against the Seton Catholic Sentinels at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. Scottsdale Christian Academy fell 3-1 to Horizon Honors. Scottsdale Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 15-25, 25-17, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Seton Catholic unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to Arizona College Prep.

Seton Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.

Scottsdale Christian Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Seton Catholic when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Sentinels have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
