Soccer Recap: Wade Hampton Comes Up Short

Wade Hampton was the 3-0 winner over Eastside when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wade Hampton Generals fell just short of the Eastside Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Sunday. The loss was the Generals' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wade Hampton fell to 2-1. As for Eastside, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Wade Hampton will challenge Mauldin at 7:00 p.m. on March 3rd. As for Eastside, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Ashley Ridge on the 23rd.
