Volleyball Recap: Grand County Takes a Loss

Grand County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the San Juan Broncos, falling 3-0. The Red Devils were not able to make up for their defeat to the Broncos from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-11.

Grand County's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for San Juan, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Grand County will be playing at home against Monticello at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for San Juan, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Kanab on the 18th.
