The Aledo Bearcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Denton Broncos at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Aledo is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Aledo is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed past Azle to the tune of 73-0 on Friday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Bearcats' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Hornets are ranked 467th).

Lincoln Tubbs had a dynamite game, throwing for 293 yards and five TDs while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt. Those 293 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaden Winkfield, who rushed for 79 yards and three scores on only eight carries.

Aledo was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 341 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
