Volleyball Recap: Jac-Cen-Del Comes Up Short

Jac-Cen-Del had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Northeastern Knights by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Eagles have struggled against the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Taylor Swinney paced Jac-Cen-Del's offense, picking up six kills. Swinney got some help from Brooklyn Simon and her 17 assists. Mikaela Fasbinder controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Jac-Cen-Del has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Southwestern on the 16th. As for Northeastern, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Hauser on the 16th.
