With a playoff win on the line, Navasota rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Bridge City Cardinals 7-1. The result was nothing new for Navasota, who have now won 14 games by three goals or more so far this season.

Navasota's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 37 goals over those five matches. As for Bridge City, with the loss, they broke their 12-game winning streak and moved their record to 19-5.

Navasota didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Salado on the 28th. Bridge City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
