Basketball Recap: Udall Comes Up Short

Udall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They fell 73-61 to the South Haven Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 68-62 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Udall still got an impressive performance from Jordan Hornecker, who posted 27 points. That was a full 44.3% of Udall's points, marking the sixth time in a row Hornecker has earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was James Hornecker, who scored 11 points.

Udall's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for South Haven, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-7.

As of now, neither Udall nor South Haven have any future games scheduled.
