Avery Mackey Game Report: vs Mountain Ridge

Shadow Ridge came out on top against Mountain Ridge on Friday thanks in part to Avery Mackey's efforts. Mackey made a splash, tossing seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits. It looks like she has Mountain Ridge's number considering she had a big game the last time she faced them back in April of 2025. Mackey has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Mackey and Shadow Ridge will square off against Liberty at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Thanks in part to Mackey's efforts, the Stallions will roll in on a five-game winning streak. Will Mackey and the rest of the team keep the streak alive? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more softball content.
