Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Emma Smart stepped things up a notch to give Hardin the 'W'. Smart produced her best game of the campaign: she went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one double. Those runs marked the first that she scored this season.

Coming up, Smart and Hardin will head out to challenge Kirbyville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Smart had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in March 10-0.
