Basketball Recap: Aberdeen's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

After losing to Malad the last time they met, Aberdeen decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Aberdeen Tigers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Malad Dragons on Thursday, sneaking past 46-44. The win was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Aberdeen's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-10. As for Malad, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Aberdeen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 55-44 loss against West Side on the 18th. As for Malad, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-29 defeat against American Falls on the 18th.
