The West Henderson Falcons will face off against the Smoky Mountain Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. West Henderson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.

Last Wednesday, West Henderson made easy work of North Henderson and carried off a 4-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

They hit North Henderson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sarah Hughes (2), Emery Sprouse, and Reagan Simons.

Meanwhile, Smoky Mountain had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Bears by a score of 3-1. While the Mustangs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-11-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Smoky Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for West Henderson, their win bumped their record up to 4-1-1.

West Henderson took their victory against Smoky Mountain in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0. Will West Henderson repeat their success, or does Smoky Mountain have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
