Softball Recap: Haslett Comes Up Short

Dansville hit Haslett with a six-run fifth inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Vikings lost 13-2 to the Aggies. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Aggies: they've now lost three in a row.

Haslett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adalyn Kalich, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Haslett's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Dansville, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Haslett will challenge Seaholm/Groves at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Dansville, they will take on Saranac at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
