Basketball Recap: Colusa Comes Up Short

Colusa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Durham Trojans 71-35. The RedHawks lost against the Trojans in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 44-42 score last time.

Colusa's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Durham, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Colusa will look to defend their home court on Friday against East Nicolaus at 7:30 p.m. Colusa is facing East Nicolaus at the right time seeing as East Nicolaus is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Durham, they will head out to square off against Winters at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th.
