Soccer Recap: Oak Ridge Comes Up Short

Oak Ridge pushed their score to two the last time they played Grand Oaks, but on Tuesday they couldn't quite do it again. The Oak Ridge War Eagles fell 2-0 to the Grand Oaks Grizzlies. The defeat continues a trend for the War Eagles in their meetings with the Grizzlies: they've now lost five in a row.

Oak Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Grand Oaks, they pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coincidentally, Oak Ridge and Grand Oaks will both be playing Willis the next time they take the pitch. Oak Ridge will host Willis at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Grand Oaks will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on March 11th.
