Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vian). They blew past the Cave Springs Hornets 71-33 on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Wolverines as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Vian's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Cave Springs, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Vian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 51-45 victory against Atoka on the 18th. As for Cave Springs, they will square off against Braggs at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Braggs' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 matches.
