Geneva has gone a perfect 10-0 against Master's Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Geneva will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
Geneva is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They blew past Foundation Christian Academy 9-1. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 games by eight runs or more this season.

Bella Ortiz was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one run and one double.
In other batting news, Geneva let Chloe Incinelli and Emma Bastian run wild. Incinelli went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base, while Bastian went 2-for-4 with one home run and three runs. Incinelli is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ella Ingram, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI.
Geneva was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .379 or higher in eight consecutive matchups.
The scorekeeper got an easy start on Wednesday as neither Master's Academy nor Mount Dora Christian Academy made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Eagles won by a run and slipped past the Bulldogs 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since March 24th.
Reagan Peri made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Peri was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lauren McMeel, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Geneva pushed their record up to 19-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.8 runs on average over those games. As for Master's Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-12 record this season.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Geneva has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.6 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Master's Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 8.5 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Everything went Geneva's way against Master's Academy when the teams last played last Thursday, as Geneva made off with a 10-0 win. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
