 Wiregrass had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.4 runs), and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. Everything went their way against the East Central HomeSchool Patriots as they made off with  a  19-8 win. Wiregrass might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won five matchups by ten  runs or more this season.
  Zach Crisler was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (he also didn't allow any  walks). Crisler was also stellar in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances with a  home run, four  runs,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news, Wiregrass let  Riley Treadaway and  Zeke Alford loose on the outfield. Treadaway  went 2-for-5 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI, while  Alford  went 1-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jarett Presley, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 On East Central HomeSchool's side, they saw nine different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Tucker Wadsworth, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all five of his plate appearances.  Joe Murphree was another key contributor,  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances with  an  RBI.
 Wiregrass pushed their record up to 6-1 with that  victory, which was their 11th straight  on the road dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the  matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 11.5 runs. As for East Central HomeSchool, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost five of their last six games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record  this season.
 Wiregrass will head out on the road to  challenge  Ezekiel Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for East Central HomeSchool, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Tuscaloosa Home Educators at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
