Basketball Recap: Burgettstown Takes a Loss

Burgettstown played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 74-54 to the Bethlehem Center Bulldogs. The defeat continues a trend for the Blue Devils in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost four in a row.

Bethlehem Center had a senior duo take command as Tyler Kurowski dropped a double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds and Jason Zellie dropped a double-double with 15 points and 12 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kurowski has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Wicks, who posted 12 points.

Burgettstown's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Bethlehem Center, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Burgettstown has already played their next contest (against Mapletown), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bethlehem Center also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against West Greene.
