It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Fyffe had no problem doing just that on Monday. They walked away with a 21-16 win over the Randolph County Tigers. The Red Devils' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The victory made it two in a row for Fyffe and bumps their season record up to 8-21. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Randolph County, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-11.
