Softball Recap: Round Rock Comes Up Short

Round Rock lost against Stony Point back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Dragons took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Round Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Stony Point, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Round Rock will face off against rival McNeil at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Stony Point is set to challenge their familiar foe Vandegrift at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
