Volleyball Recap: Crosspoint Christian Comes Up Short

Crosspoint Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Victory Christian Academy Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Crosspoint Christian of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Crosspoint Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-11, 25-9.

Crosspoint Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Victory Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Crosspoint Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis on the 12th. As for Victory Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against St. Louis Christian HomeSchool on the 12th.
