Basketball Recap: Troy Christian Comes Up Short

Troy Christian suffered their biggest loss since December 28, 2024 on Friday. They lost 58-37 to the Northridge Polar Bears. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 399th, while the Polar Bears are ranked 109th).

Troy Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Northridge, they pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Troy Christian will host Tri-Village at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Northridge, they will head out to take on Hilliard Bradley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
