Lompoc managed to slip by Righetti the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Braves came up short against the Warriors on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Braves' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Lompoc's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-9. As for Righetti, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-15 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lompoc will head out to face off against Farmersville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Righetti, after both having extra time off, they and Santa Maria will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
