Basketball Recap: Cornell Comes Up Short

Cornell and Washburn squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Cornell had to settle for second. They took a hard 50-32 fall against the Washburn Castle Guards.

Cornell has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season. The win (which was Washburn's fifth in a row) raised their record to 16-7.

As of now, neither Cornell nor Washburn have any future games scheduled.
