On Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Casa Grande beat Urban 53-48. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Casa Grande.
It was another big night for Ryan Rice, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds. Those 21 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Andon Harris, who scored eight points.
The win got Casa Grande back to even at 4-4. As for Urban, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
Casa Grande and Petaluma will face off at 6:00 p.m. on December 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Petaluma has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 188 points over their last three contests. Urban and Marin Catholic will face off at 4:30 p.m. on December 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Marin Catholic will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 664th, while Urban is ranked 266th).
