Volleyball Game Preview: Bellingham Blackhawks vs. Medfield Warriors + Official Tickets

The Bellingham Blackhawks will square off against the Medfield Warriors at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Bellingham had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Nipmuc Regional on Friday. The Blackhawks put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 3-0 win.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Medfield entered their tilt with Old Rochester Regional last Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bulldogs 3-0.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-11, 27-25.

Medfield's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Bellingham, their win bumped their record up to an identical 14-2.

Bellingham skirted past Medfield 3-2 in their previous matchup back in September. Will the Blackhawks repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
