It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cuero can now relate to. They took a blow against the Lincoln Tigers on Friday, falling 60-32. The Gobblers' loss signaled the end of their 20-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Cuero still got an impressive performance from Arissa Carbonara, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. Carbonara is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 20 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Aubrey Bowles, who posted eight points in addition to eight boards and six blocks.

Cuero's defeat dropped their record down to 33-7. As for Lincoln, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 39-2.

As of now, neither Cuero nor Lincoln have any future games scheduled.
