Volleyball Recap: Evergreen Valley Takes a Loss

Evergreen Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Palo Alto Vikings.

Evergreen Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Palo Alto, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

Evergreen Valley will face off against Leigh at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars are facing the Longhorns at the right time seeing as the Longhorns are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Palo Alto, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Lincoln on the 12th.
