Volleyball Recap: Eastern Guilford Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Eastern Guilford extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 3-12. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Southern Guilford Storm. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Storm earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

As for Southern Guilford, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-11 record this season. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory they have posted against Eastern Guilford since October 18, 2021.

Southern Guilford found their leader in sophomore Chloe Lyons, who had 11 digs and two aces.
