Volleyball Recap: Orem Wins High-Profile Contest Against Mountain View

Orem faced Mountain View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Tigers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bruins. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-16, 26-28, 25-16.

Orem's record is now 22-3. As for Mountain View, their loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 19-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Orem will face off against rival Timpanogos at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mountain View is set to challenge their familiar foe Uintah at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
