Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Riverdale). They blew past the Alpaugh Buffalos 79-15 on Monday. While the Cowboys didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

As for Alpaugh, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Riverdale will host Kings Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kings Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65.5 points per game this season. As for Alpaugh, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Lindsay at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Alpaugh is facing Lindsay at the right time seeing as Lindsay is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
