Gulfport won the last time they faced D'Iberville and things went their way on Monday too. The Gulfport Admirals walked away with a 5-2 victory over the D'Iberville Warriors. The win was nothing new for the Admirals as they're now sitting on five straight.

Thomas Stennis looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (four).

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Brant Rounsaville, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season.

Gulfport's record now sits at 9-4. As for D'Iberville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
