While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Olympic Heights who was credited with the win. Olympic Heights got it done in the shootout by posting 12 goals to Miami Beach's 11. Even though the Lions got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Kaua Kunz was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

St. Thomas Aquinas has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those six contests. As for Olympic Heights, they pushed their record up to 18-2-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
