For the first time ever, Austin Mendoza turned in triple-digit receiving yards on Friday. He picked up 123 receiving yards, helping propel Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] past Laurel-Concord-Coleridge by a score of 30-26. That new high-mark topped his previous career-best: 12 receiving yards, set last Friday.

Looking ahead, Mendoza and Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] will square off against Elkhorn Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
