St. Mark strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 64-57 victory over the Village Vikings. The Lions have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

St. Mark's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Village, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.

St. Mark's wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 54-29 victory against Concordia Lutheran on the 24th. As for Village, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Bishop Lynch at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings will be up against the Friars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 55 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
