South-Doyle waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 51-45 W against the Sequoyah Chiefs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-34 back in January.

South-Doyle's victory bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Sequoyah, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South-Doyle will face off against Lenoir City at 7:00 p.m. on February 21st. As for Sequoyah, they will venture away from home to square off against Loudon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sequoyah is facing Loudon at the right time seeing as Loudon is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
