Baseball Recap: Glasgow Takes a Loss

Glasgow fell victim to Warren East and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 1-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Scotties were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Glasgow and nudges their season record down to 15-12. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 runs in those games. As for Warren East, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-13 record this season.

While Glasgow had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
