Football Recap: Andalusia Skates Past Eufaula with Ease + How To Watch

Andalusia extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 6-2. They blew past the Eufaula Tigers 42-10. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Noah Curry was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 145 yards and one TD on only ten carries, and also threw for 89 yards and one touchdown on only six passes. Those 145 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. A healthy portion of Curry's aerial production (80 yards to be exact) went to Jordyn Skanes.

Andalusia didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Carmello Hill, Cjay Likely, and Carter Lowery picked up one apiece.

As for Eufaula, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-3. They were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than 31 points in the five contests prior), but Andalusia's defense proved too tough.

When it comes to explaining why Eufaula lost, don't look at Perry Dennard. Despite the final result, he rushed for 83 yards and one score on only 11 carries.

Looking ahead, Andalusia will be playing in front of their home fans against Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Eufaula, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Charles Henderson at 7:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
