Recap: Scott Skyhawks vs. Logan Wildcats
The Scott Skyhawks pushed their score all the way to 56 on Monday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 65-56 to Logan. Scott has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the defeat, Scott had strong showings from Haven Tomblin, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds, and Kelsey Harper, who scored 25 points along with two blocks. Harper hasn't dropped below 15points for seven straight games. Rikki Bailey was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with two steals.
Scott has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for Logan, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Scott will head out on the road to face off against Hoover at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Logan, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Lincoln County at 7:30 p.m.
