Basketball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 65-21 loss at the hands of the Stuart Broncos. The Cardinals were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-9.

Abbey Backer was Randolph's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Brooke Meier held things down on the boards with six rebounds.

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 0-20. As for Stuart, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-7.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals face off against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Stuart does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
