Volleyball Recap: Hillcrest Hornets vs. Waynesville Tigers
Hillcrest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Waynesville Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Hornets have suffered since September 3rd.
After all that action, the final score was 25-23, 25-20, 25-14.
Hillcrest now has a losing record at 3-4-3. As for Waynesville, the win also got them back to even at 4-4-1.
Hillcrest has the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome Hollister at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Waynesville, they will host Willard at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
