Carroll had to settle for second on Saturday, but Jaxon Craker sure wasn't going down easily. Craker tossed two innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs he has had since back in May of 2024.

Craker and Carroll will challenge Columbia City at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last time Craker duked it out with the Eagles (last Tuesday), the Chargers came out on top by a score of 5-4.
