Volleyball Recap: Webster Thomas Comes Up Short

Webster Thomas extended their losing streak to three on Thursday, dropping them down to 4-12. They lost 3-0 to the Webster Schroeder Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

As for Webster Schroeder, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-3-1 record this season. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 25, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Maddie Siphakongviseth was the offensive standout of the contest as she had eight digs and three aces. AJ McCormack was another key player, getting five digs and two aces.

As of now, neither Webster Thomas nor Webster Schroeder have any future games scheduled.
